   • Licensing: BoyleSports (Gibraltar) Limited is licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner under the Gibraltar Gambling Act 2005 for online gambling services, including casino, poker, bingo, games, and fixed-odds betting. BoyleSports Enterprise is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014.

18. Betting Definitions
    "Bet" or "Bets" refers to any wager, stake, or participation placed via the Website or Service on events, markets, games, or tournaments available therein.
19. Terminology Clarification
    If unsure about betting or gaming terms, contact BoyleSports Customer Services before placing Bets or using Services to ensure full understanding.
20. Privacy Compliance
    Your use of the Website or Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and details how we handle your information.

B. Responsible Gambling

1. Our Commitment
   We advocate responsible gambling and aim for betting to remain enjoyable, encouraging you to stay within your financial limits.
2. Setting Limits
   You can manage your gambling by setting limits in your account under "My Account" > "Responsible Gambling" or by contacting Support. Options include:
   • Full Exclusion: Request a ban on betting from your account. We’ll refund your balance and may reject Bets, void transactions, suspend or close your account, or blacklist you. During exclusion, you cannot deposit or bet until the period ends.
   • Deposit Limits: Adjust deposit caps via the "Responsible Gambling" section or Support to suit your needs.
3. Additional Controls
   Contact us via phone, email, or Support to set gambling activity limits.
4. Gaming Limits
   Regulate gaming activity through the "Responsible Gambling" section when logged in.
5. Exclusion Rights
   We may exclude you from the Website at our discretion.
6. Group Impact

7. Joint Responsibility

C. Your BoyleSports Account

1. Application Rules
   • Age Restriction: You must be 18 or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). We may request age proof, suspending your account until verified. If underage use is confirmed within 72 hours of a deposit (or a reasonable verification period), we may suspend or cancel your account, return Bets, and withhold winnings.
   • Eligible Regions: Accepted regions are listed in account forms and verifiable via Customer Services. We may update this list at our discretion, and you must ensure compliance.
   • Warranties: By opening an account, you confirm you’re legally able to contract, reside in a permitted area, are not a BoyleSports Group employee, and have not been excluded from gambling by us or others.
   • Single Account: Only one account per person is allowed, with offers limited accordingly. We may restrict or block accounts at our discretion.
   • Accurate Information: Provide truthful, current details during registration and update them as needed.
   • Account Control: We may disable or restrict your username or password if you breach this Agreement.
   • Identity Rules: You may not use false identities or unauthorized names. We can refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion.
   • No Prior Termination: You affirm no previous account was closed due to misconduct.
   • Verification: We may conduct identity, credit, or other checks as required by law or regulation, suspending your account until satisfied.
2. Other Considerations
   • Pricing Variations: Website prices may differ from BoyleSports betting offices or phone services; Website prices apply to online use.
   • Refusal Rights: We may reject account applications or terminate accounts without explanation.
   • Balance Checks: Verify your balance each login and report discrepancies promptly with transaction records.

4. Personal Details

5. Suspension and Closure
   • Our Rights: We may terminate your account or access instantly for reasons like breaches, legal requests, inactivity, or suspected fraud, without notice.
   • Consequences: Breaches may lead to warnings, legal action, bet refusal, or fund forfeiture.
   • Your Termination: Close your account by contacting us; any debts must be settled first.
   • Post-Closure: You remain liable for claims arising from closure, and we may retain funds to offset liabilities.
6. Dormant Accounts
   • Definition: An account is "dormant" after 24 months without deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity.

   • Fund Removal: For balances over €/£5, we’ll attempt contact before deductions; smaller balances may be removed without notice.

2. Withdrawals
   • Process: Withdrawals go to the registered account holder, with potential fees if deposits aren’t fully played through.

2. Bet Confirmation

   • Eligibility: Limited to one per person/household; eWallet users may be excluded.
   • Abuse: Misuse may result in bonus forfeiture or bet voiding.
4. Errors and Mistakes

5. Fraud and Void Bets
